My name is Dr. Klaz. I am an Indiana State Licensed family medicine, urgent care, and occupational medicine physician with total accumulated experience of more than 20 years. Since 1984, I have practiced in major area hospitals of New York, NY, Buffalo, NY, Evansville, Fort Wayne, and Indianapolis, IN. My goal is to serve unmet medical needs. Below are some as I see them: 1. Most expensive medical care in the history without corresponding value in return. My objective is to make a difference. My approach to achieve it is different. Thus, I have to make an extra effort to educate potential customers about those differences and what value they will bring them. A.
